Do you get sad easily when you're tired?

I get very emotional when I'm overly tired

Sometimes i think of things that are bittersweet…..memories of people who are no longer living. The memories are usually something that makes me smile, but the fact that they are about someone I loved makes me sad.

I don't have to be tired. I just have to see or hear something that reminds me of something or someone that is lost forever.

On occasion, yeah. I do trend toward the negative when I'm tired.

depressed or frustrated. Sleep seems to cure them both.
