A Christian woman said she has a testimony that she is saved
Where did she receive this document? Does such a rebirth document look like a birth document?

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. you will be saved. "Romans chapter 10 verse 9." For all who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved. "Romans chapter 10 verse 13". It is as simple as childhood faith, Jesus has already done everything for else, it is man and religions that say this can't be right it iss to easy, that we must do something to earn God's favor, but it is a free gift, you can either receive the gift and live forever, or reject Christ and his sacrifice and perish.

@lateandhornypa: yes sure, but how can you prove that you are saved by Jesus and now a Christian at the US border when you have a Muslim name by birth? In Europe, when you get baptized, you receive a paper of Church. what can a former Muslim do if there is no similar document for somebody who is just saved by faith?
I understand what you saying, but that is still regulating your salvation by name, race or creed, or a so called document needed by man, God's word-the Holy Bible is the one and only complete truth, it is impossible for God to lie. muslim, catholics, budda's hindu's if they forsake they false religiouls beliefs and trust completely in Christ sacrifice on the cross. come with empty hands with nothing to offer God to get in Heaven on their own but only trusting in the finished work of Christ
