I struggle with feeling things so deeply that it affects my entire being for a day or two. I struggle with feeling bad or ashamed for feeling the way I do in the first place; as if emotions on a deeper level for me make me a bad person.

@KarmaLives: thank you. It's most annoying when ppl want me to snap out of it or just pretend shit doesn't bother me. That honestly makes it worse.
