What is the most heart breaking thing you have ever been through?

I've been through a lot these past few months and I'm curious about everyone else's problems. I need to focus on someone else's problems.

Probably the abuse I suffered from my ex wife I truly adored her and to see her turn into what she did truly destroyed me

I know how it feels to love someone with your whole heart and to receive abuse in return. You're stronger than what she did to you and I'm so sorry.

I'm still dealing with the fallout but am starting therapy next month so am on my way to recovery and my meds are helping 2
