I'm thankful I'm not this bad with girls anymore

My boss was doing this to me, until I called him out on it during a meeting at work. I lost my cool and snapped at him for an inappropriate comment but honestly he hasn't done it since, he even told me he's kind of scared of me. I much prefer that to awkward compliments during work meetings.

My last girlfriend I met through work, I had no idea she liked me until we went for work drinks one night, one moment I was alone with her and she admitted she liked me for some months, I wasn't sure at the time I liked her too, but I questioned it though lol, even those lunch breaks we had alone together and I still haven't had a clue, but I've always been the shy, oblivious guy in those sitchos lol. But we ended up together for a couple of years. But funny enough I always said to myself "I never date a co-worker" lol.

Yes. He was in the same team so it was a little uncomfortable.

I had to act a little standoffish sometimes, because I think my chattiness may have been mistaken for flirting.

Luckily I just moved roles so I don't really have to work with him or even see him anymore 😅

This only happens to me if I really like a girl, even then I won't make it obvious that I do like her. Other girls I talk to as just friends, even though they maybe attractive too, it's easier when you don't view them as someone you really really like.

I just accepted that she won't ever like me. That ended it.
I was like, looking in the mirror and I just said to myself: "It's never gonna work out because she already dates someone."

No but there is a creepy janitor where I work who calls me gorgeous, baby , sweetie and such .....* gags*

Think it's easily resolved with a conversation.

I've had something like this happen to me twice. When I was at my last job this one worker you used to lick his lips whenever he saw me. Then at another job my supervisor flirted with me a few times. The crazy thing is that he was cool person. Very easygoing. But he was married! I wouldn't been bothered by that if he wasn't married.
I hate being the unrequited love guy, but that seems to be my lot in life. Once I develop some infatuation with a woman, however, I generally avoid her like the plague. It's the least I can do, since I hate the pitying looks, the knowledge of the internal screaming (women aren't really any less obvious than men, when it comes down to it), and all the rest.
