What is the worst job you ever had?

I knew somebody who worked for an emergency line for gas leakages, they received a call from somebody about being able to smell gas. At this point they have a preset list of things to tell the caller to do, which included 'do not smoke'. At the point where she read this out the caller replied, 'don't tell me what I can or cannot do in my home.'

I've done that gig as well. The most ironic part of it was I did Help Desk support from the USA for people in India. Yea, how's that for a spin on a stereotype? 😂
You wouldn't believe the level of stupidity that comes in on some of the calls. That job started pushing me to drinking.

@Reboot: That is incredibly ironic... I mostly worked for financial companies and then a telephone company. I literally wanted to stab myself everyday.
