I’m a little skeptical. Why would the price of this house be so low?

I’m a little disappointed in the kitchen and whoever built it can go to hell because I need a decent size kitchen with counter space to fit all my appliances

I would love a larger kitchen. More counter spaces and all the bottom cabinets to be pull-out drawers would be very helpful. And a large walk-in pantry. Seems like many houses are not designed for those who do a lot of cooking and baking.

Interesting to know the avg. property valuation in that area. 200K is curiously low.
Get a home inspection first.

Foreclosure

Plenty of reasons. Built on the slab? Roof bad? In a flood zone? Septic issues? Structural damage? Definitely get it inspected.

Sometimes I wonder if they post these as bait to get you to call and give them your name and number.
Then they never leave you alone.
