I think it’s because we’re expected to be loud & problematic

Now you’ve shown up & changed the narrative. Quiet yet friendly, hardworking & kind. You’re showing people that you can be successful without fitting the stereotype they’ve created. And u don't need to be in nobodys face to do it!
