I’m letting the kids have more screen time than usual

I’m having horrible cramps and their dad is sleeping because he has to get up early tomorrow. Plus grandma can’t watch the kids again today. Ive tried telling the boys that mommy’s stomach hurts today and that it will be a quiet day and of course they don’t listen lol so I’m just gonna let them watch tv all day while I rest on the couch.
