All I ever get is the same generic responses from him whenever I come to him about a problem 😣😣

He’s supposed to be my support system. He’s supposed to make me feel like I’m heard and seen when nobody else on this planet makes me feel that way. I feel so alone sometimes. He just brushes me off and I’m just sick of it 😣😣 so how about I send him this message? Because he’s really getting on my nerves 😢😢 like can you just be on my side for once since show some concern about what I’m going through? I’m not even being dramatic!! you guys have seen that recent message that my manager sent out to us in the group chat how intense it sounded like. As a manager, you can’t talk to your employees like that and then expecting us to know what we did wrong and then firing us instead of telling us what we did. I mean, she didn’t do that to me, but she threatened us in the group chat I have the screenshots you cannot do that as a manager but he just doesn’t understand!
