I mean, I don’t know what my other coworkers are doing to the guest but every time she comes to me about things it’s just little minor things, but she throws it out of proportion like whenever I’m making breakfast because sometimes front desk has to make breakfast, she will get onto me for a little minor things like the last thing she got on me was using the wrong spoon for the gravy and she talked to me like as if I do that again I’m losing my job. So again her priorities are kind of off I don’t think accidentally using the wrong spoon for gravy is a big issue. Plus, I explained that no one really told me the difference in spoons to use. You just have to figure things out as you go. But you see how intense she is and mind you she is kind of new at being a manager. She’s only been a manager for a few weeks. But still like threatening to l terminate people I feel like it’s really not appropriate. That’s not how you talk to your employees. And it’s simple minor things that she’s getting onto us about well she’s getting onto me about. Again, I don’t know what my other coworkers are doing. I don’t know what they are up to but base off of how she reacts to little things, they may not even be doing anything remotely bad.
Attitude is subjective. specific behaviours can be documented and reported and acted upon. A!so noticed the not wanting anyone to talk to them but to respond to receiving the notice.
