I think my manager was mad because I talked to HR and it didn’t turn out the way she wanted it to 🤣🤣

Sorry, but if you’re gonna claimI’m doing something I’m gonna defend myself. I need to know the facts. I need to know when what time and what was I doing and if you can’t pull that up on the camera, then it didn’t happen and HR agreed to me because there was nothing that they could do about it so she wrote me up and suspended me no reason. And it’s funny because her story did not add up. what she wrote in writing and what she told HR did not match 🤣 and I kept questioning everything that she said just to put her on the spot. Like when she said we have footage of you doing this I’m like “doing what?” because if you’re gonna write me up you need to be able to prove that I did something. You can’t just make up fake stories to get people in trouble and I’ve even written on here multiple times that she’s not really all there in the head and so she didn’t really think this though she usually doesn’t and I’ve caught her in so many lies, but I can’t really do anything about it, it’s always just a verbal warning, but then she wants to write me up for something that didn’t even happen and she wanted me to come in and sign it and so I asked if I could speak to HR about it before I signed it. Because you know they don’t know me they’re just gonna take our side of the story and and plus there’s nothing wrong with telling your side of the story too.She was like “you can talk to HR about it but again we have you on camera doing it and the write up will be going in your file and I’m sending it off to HR.” or whatever she said. So that’s why I said you saw me doing what on camera? 🤣 and that’s not the same story you told me over the phone. That’s not even what it says in the write up. I went into investigation mode because I care about my reputation.
