It’s been almost 4 months since I had surgery on my belly button to fix the hernia

Hopefully today will be my last follow up appointment! Fingers crossed. I feel like I’ve been doing everything I’m supposed to do to keep it safe from being strained. lol It helps that I have my boyfriend helping me now because like not even a month after the surgery i had to go to the ER because i was stupid and thought I was fully healed 😭😭 funny story, I was told I could go back to the gym and so I did and I did my usual walk at an incline of 15 which is the highest point on a treadmill because my doctor told me that walking is the safest thing to do after the surgery and I ended up puking my guts out (not literally) 🤣🤣 I was getting dizzy and plus my belly button stared to hurt and I literally just had surgery on it not even a month ago at the time so we rushed to the ER but come to find out I actually didn’t mess up the repair. If I had kept going then I would’ve strained something. But I was only on it for like 5 minutes before I almost passed out. But yeah I learned my lesson to take it seriously
