She’s just amazes me. She’s been cooking now on her own for the past week and her cooking is amazing!
But, she’s kinda afraid of the oven and I don’t blame her because I was afraid of the oven too when I was her age. But she wanted to make this homemade lasagna. I didn’t know how she was gonna make that without the oven. But instead of using it, she found a way. She made it in the the skillet!! Like isn’t that so cool? I would’ve never thought you could make lasagna in the skillet. (probably because I wasn’t in the kitchen cooking when I was her age) so she literally taught me something. And I love the fact that she found a different way to do something instead of giving up.
So I asked her what do you wanna call it so that you can add it to your cookbook and she said “ Lidiya’s lasagna” 🥺
