I always assume
That people who have held executive or office type positions have the same or more excel experience than i do.
I only learned how to get around more functionally in excel about 3 years ago. Xlookup has become my favorite go to fuction. I use that on nearly everything.
So now that I'm training someone from a desk position to do my job, I was surprised to see their experience with excel was far less than mine. And teaching excel functions is hard when someone has no experience at all.
So I'll have to quit humbling myself lol
