Yes. Being born at all.
The a priori odds against me to ever have been born were astronomical. Exactly the right sperm (out of trillions) from my father had to get together with exactly the right egg (out of millions) from my mother to produce me rather than one of my potential siblings.
The odds are roughly the same as correctly picking a particular grain of sand on the surface of the Sahara in one try.
