How do you get past the free offer?

OK, so I didn’t even think this is through

I’m offering them a free service so that they can try out what I offer but what if they just take the free offer and then don’t even contact me back? I think that’s what a lot of businesses do and it’s just horrible 😭😭 I’m just trying to help yall in the world!! Yall need me!
