OK, so I need advice

There’s some Halloween candy on sale at Walmart and I’m so tempted to go get some. but I went to the gym today I don’t want to ruin all of my hard work. but then again I’m reading that you should listen to the baby and if it’s craving something, you should have it. or should I just steal some of the kid’s candy?

Craving sugar is usually from a carb crash .

Honestly - there is nothing healthy about sugar to crave except maybe the energy it contains.

Itd be better to have meat or natural fats like butter.
....even eggs : all foods that a basic 'cell builder' food for your bubaloo🤗

Humans are wired to crave High energy food like sugar and fat.
When in doubt - go the fat - its got nutrients in it, sugar doesn't.

@OogieBoogie i’ll remember to do the next time! But it was too late because I had already went to Walmart and got some candy. It was just a little bag of 25 pieces and I got it half off . But I’m so disappointed because I don’t enjoy sweets anymore. I ate a Kitcat and it just didn’t taste the same as it did when I was a kid. I think I’m finally growing up
