Watching my 600 pound life will really humble you
I still don’t understand how you can let yourself get that big. The most I’ve weighed was 220 and now I’m down to 150. All you have to do is walk 10,000 steps a day which is like 5 miles. I know that seems a lot but it’s only a lot of you do it at once. Maybe walk 2000 steps 5 times throughout the day. Which you’d be very surprised at how much you walk when you keep track. It’s so easy to walk 7000 steps just doing the bare minimum do push yourself to do 3000 more. Because before I was going to the gym,I averaged at walking 7000 steps and that was me not even realizing and being a couch potato.
