I’m watching my 600 pound life and it’s so amazing how quick your body can lose weight at that size

I wish it was easy for people who weigh 150-200 who are also considered overweight too because it’s taken me 4 years to lose 50 pounds. But then somebody weighing 600 pounds can easily lose that in like 2 months
