I do speak English, French, German, a little bit of Italian and Spanish and a very very basic knowledge of Hungarian. I did take courses in Russian language but the Covid and the political situation in Eastern Europe has made me stop.
However, I am able to read the Cyrillic letters and it helps when you try to read the displays in smaller museums in certain Balkan countries where the English language has not yet made its presence known to foreign visitors.
