If you are higher on status, people should not feel lesser than you when they are interacting with you. Instead, they should feel like they've leveled

When they GOT it, but can stay on your level.

Be it wealth, knowledge, beauty, charisma or depth.

Fascinating.

Status shouldn't be an issue... everyone should feel like they are an equal, be they higher or lower.
