After I get back from work, I use the cellphone for around an hour for entertainment. I need to overcome this.

Bare in mind that, on the commute to home, I stare outside of the bus window for an hour. Then I walk around 10 minute's, looking at the world.

Nice i used to do something similar was 45ish minute ride home 15 minute walk home. I phone time alot more than you though.
