It's been a while....

I used to post on experience project back in the day. Even met someone and moved across the country for them. Didn't work out, no hard feelings there, but I guess I've been lonely and was looking for somewhere to connect with people like I used to. I don't know if it's a good idea, or I'll stick around. Maybe I'll post some depressing essays like I used to. Maybe this will help me like it did before. Not really sure. Can't hurt to try. So, hi other internet weirdos.

@Beautywithin I agree. But in the past I was able, despite suffering from what I was dealing with at the time, able to make real connections with real people. I ended up skyping face to face with a couple, and even moved to be with someone I met online. Doesn't mean it's not full of trash people here to be liars and stuck terminally online. I am miles better from where I was all those years ago, yet my mental state hasn't really changed much. New problems, same feelings. Wish I had advice for how to meet genuine people online but I think I just got lucky.

@Cliffside It's hit and miss i guess, i find more and more seek a relationship online i guess that seems to be the norm then meeting someone naturally, i have made a few friendships over the year's on here but then they just disappear. Which i guess is what they needed to do.

@Beautywithin I think a lot of us come online to seek friendship when we are alone, and when our real lives turn better we forget the ones that helped us since it was all virtual. I’m not here to find a relationship, but I guess you never know. Life is weird like that. I’d never thought I’d move to the other side of the country for someone I met online but it happened.

@Beautywithin Maybe same reason I have. Hard to meet people in person, at least here you can attempt to make connections.
