Homeowner Struggles

I had to have the water turned off this evening because of a broken pipe under the house. I'll get a plumber, hopefully first thing tomorrow. Isn't life wonderful?

I have build 3 places with the same builder ( Friend ) in my area there are 2 builders of which are both very good friends.

I work part time are during construction I did 3 days a week onsite working for the 24 weeks ( saved me $75K )

As I surf & cook breakfast at the beach 2 mornings at week, I meet & make friends with many tradesman.

My Plumbing & Electrical for the new house was a cost & beer & BBQ
