A true love has become rare thing to us...why

SW-User
Because people add that "true" to love. Either love was there, or it wasn't. There's nothing called true love other than Shakespeare's sonnet.

Because it never really existed. Not if you're talking about "forever and always". Humans have never been like that. Only, in the past, it was forced. Now it's less forced, so people show it more.

yeah sure thing. we are species in your eyes where the male knocks up the woman and takes off for the woman to raise and leave the child like most animals species.

@theowl: Not necessarily.

Love goes against the values (or lack thereof) of those who control the system. We have been steadily discarding our values and traditions for a pursuit that places people in the same mechanism with which we purchase a product.

because people dont know how to have relationships or how to care. selfish. self seeking is what people are into now. people arent out to better them self. its not about finding the right one that fits them as things are now more based on sexual than how close of a connection you have and how well you fit together. once something comes up or even an argument people bolt they dont want to work things out or fight for what they love. plus people are always looking else where they dont want to settle for one person. the fling society that we live in now a days. the grass is always greener elsewhere and its about different experiences with different people than to be loyal to one.

Because people have become pathetic and short-sighted due to media and poor upbringings...

because most can't see it when it's right in their face.
