If a previous owner of the house you were living at visited the house and introduced themselves to you

And they let you know that they had lots of good memories while they lived there. But than they say that they're getting old and sick and they wish for you to allow for them to pass away in your/ their old house.
What would you do?

🤷🏻‍♀️ I was showing Kiddo the outside of the home from when she was a baby. The new owner was coincidentally there. When I explained he ended up inviting us in. It was kind of him and turned out to be a special memory for her.

Sexist as this might be, if it were a woman I’d let them walk through, but if it was a guy I’d tell them to leave their number and I’d get back to them after discussing it with my fiancé. He’s a sentimental guy though, so I imagine he’d be OK with it if we were both home.
