If a previous owner of the house you were living at visited the house and introduced themselves to you

And they let you know that they had lots of good memories while they lived there. But than they say that they're getting old and sick and they wish for you to allow for them to pass away in your/ their old house.
What would you do?

The previous owners of my place passed away. Now, if one of the kids that grew up here (and I met all of them when we closed) wanted to see what I did with things, fine. They want to die here? No way, I don't want to die here either. I wouldn't want to die at any of the places I used to live, not even where I grew up.
