Do you get stuck in survival mode at times,you forget how to stop and smell the roses?

Don't get me wrong.I agree with you. I am the same..when I notice them

@wiltingflower: 40 years ago when I was down to a couple packages of chicken backs and necks in the freezer I was glad to have kept them (after cutting up chickens)....made some of the tastiest chicken & dumplings out of them and will still buy backs if I can find them in a grocery store to make them...it's a comfort food for me.

No will left at times
