i just need someone to vent too

if i don’t anyone to vent to i’ll be up all night. i don’t know what to do or how to feel, it feels like im having a small panic attack and i just need someone to talk to asap

My best advice would be to write down everything on your mind. That way you wont be trying to remember it. Happy to be a vent outlet but do you have mechanisms e.g. hobbies or sports that helps you vent in a healthy way. It isn't healthy to let pressure build up. (I learnt that from managing it badly)
