Got some interesting socks for my birthday from a good friend. Her and I have been sending each other cool socks and other little things for a long time.
It first started when My buddy who was married to her and I went on an all day and part of the night ATV ride. She was pregnant and had a 6 year old that had diabetes. So needless to say she had her hands full.
We were supposed to be back around 7pm not 11pm. We got a little bit lost up there and barely found our truck before our quads ran out of gas.
I felt horrible about it and I was looking on the internet for a cool gift to help bring peace 🕊️ between us again. I found her a few pairs of tie dyed socks. They were not as nice as these that she got me.
I was digging through all my shoes to find a pair that was about the same brightness as the socks. I found these and decided to run with it. So far today I have only had one comment and a bunch of people looking.. LMFAO.
So what do you think about the way they look? You can say things nicely and still get your point across.
This is a pic of me wearing both pairs of socks and two pairs of leg warmers and fabletics leggings.. They are nice.

@nonsensiclesnail No I will admit that I really like the look of the puffy socks or legwarmers... they are not all that hot either. I figured that my ankles would be sweating.
Also I have not seen any one wearing that stuff so I figured that I would start wearing it.
@ColoradoKid really? They look very warm. But they are colorful and fluffy. Both of which I am a big fan. I never could get myself to wear leg warmers, not even in the 80s. not even a dislike, they feel awkward to me.
@ColoradoKid I suspect you are merely being polite with these school yard altercations. I do agree, unfortunately.
I dont wear them round the house. I have a few pairs of fluffy socks that ive received as gifts over the years but they make my feet sweat and get cold, oddly. I think maybe they are jsut not for me.
@nonsensiclesnail Well I know that nylons are not for me. I can barely stand to touch them...I know that I couldn't even wear them. It gives me the worst goosebumps and chills and a really bad feeling. Idk it's crazy 🤣
