@revenant There is no horror in this world that is worse for a parent than their child being murdered. Yet you see instances where the parents will face the murder in court and forgive them. That doesn't they condone the actions of the murderer. That doesn't mean that person doesn't deserve to be punished, even to the point of capital punishment. But that is empathy, and a true demonstration of humanity.
