Have you ever dyed your hair a bright almost fluorescent colour?

Yes, in the early days of the Pandemic in 2020 I dyed mine hot neon pink, it took a couple of months to fade back to normal colour but loved the look while it lasted, sadly I'm the only one who ever saw it!
