Today I came home from work, I pulled into the driveway and suddenly felt like I was being watched

I sometimes sit in my car in the driveway for a few minutes before heading inside, today I noticed something out the corner of my eye. There were bright lights shining into my car, I turned to look where they were coming from, and noticed a vehicle (truck) parked a couple house down with their brights (high beams) on pointing right at me. I sat there looking at them for a few seconds wondering what they were doing and why they were just sitting there. Suddenly they quickly do a u-turn in the middle of my street and quickly take off. I’ve never seen this vehicle on my street before so I know it wasn’t one of my neighbors.

It was strange how they suddenly decided to take off so fast and only right after I turned my head and noticed them.
