How do I go back to being happy?

When Im sad i go home (400kms away) and sit around a fire while peoe ay guitars and i hope to remembwr the words.

There is no going back.
But you can go forward.
The road to returned happiness is sometimes longer than we'd like.

I suggest you start with pretend smiles, and a demeanor of Fake Happy for now.
Go out of your way to be kind and friendly to kind friendly people and see what life returns to you.
