Why Does This Happen Often In Here?

When you post something asking a question things go from simple to sexual. Like is sex all that's on people's minds nowadays?

For months now I've been meaning to ask about something that's been happening to my body but knowing I might attract this kind of people I'm forced to silently deal with it.

They will also turn a post into partisan politics when the inital post had nothing at all to do with that.
There are a number of people who are obsessed with a particular topic and will try to hijack a post to make it about their obsession rather than what it was originally about.
