Thats one thing I’ve never understood. What’s wrong with my stuff 🤔 Why do I have to lay on their stuff? Why can’t I bring my own bed, my own couch, my own tables and shit ? Is it so that renters don’t have to worry about carrying their stuff up flights of stairs? Isn’t that what you pay the moving guys for? To haul your shit up flights of stairs while you watch and drink pink lemonade

Some people don't have their own stuff....a furnished apartment is a plus for them, because they don't have to buy stuff to furnish the apartment. People who have their own stuff don't need a furnished apartment, and often look for unfurnished apartments.
