Is Anger A weakness?

@karysma I have to be careful as i spent 30 years training and teaching Karate. I can walk away most of the time but push me to the point of losing it then watch out

@karysma A lot of things piss me off but i have to take a step back sometimes

@nevergiveup People can push your buttons but you don't always have to react to it. I used to blow up on people on little things not too long ago.

You still practice Karate?

@karysma No my cancer got to bad and i had surgery that changed my life. I do Tai chi now. Keeps me focused and calm.

@karysma Been clear for 2 years but no cur so it can come back any time. I am ok as i live each day as best i can x

@karysma Its a test of faith.I have had 18 operations nearly died twice. When he says its time then i will go ready and willing
