Most of emotions have meaning when related and about to something else.
Anger and joy, love and disgust, esteem and sadnes....
Are not or shouldn´t be, IMO, inconditional attributes of that oh so praised "inner" and "self", but our answers to our interaction and dialog with life out there.
To rage over minutia is, yes, a meassure of our worries, may be sometimes a weakness relative to the small magnitude of it´s reasons.
To be scared or indiferent and not feel anger about injustice is weaknes.
