I feel a bit weird, maybe fooled?

Never trust internet photos - I'm not sure of the stats - but it's well known that far more people show dishonest pics than honest ones. The usual thing is a photo of the person some 5 to 10 years younger. But most phones have primitive photo editing apps now, so one should never assume you know what someone looks like until you meet them in person. Same goes for their age, vital statistics and a lot of basic facts.
Falsifying when looking for dates is called phishing. There are many kinds. Some are just ways of hooking up promiscuously; others are romantic scammers out to rip you off for whatever many you have.
Learn to develop a good bullshit barometer. It's possible to find the rare gem who is real - but don't expect them to look like Playgirl of the Year. Real people almost never look like that.

As long as you don't get too attached to a fantasy you'll be fine ...most on here aren't what they claim to be anyway so...i see no difference

Having a relationship in real life is far better.
