Ok so should we do the rent to own program on a house or should we just move into a 3 bedroom apartment

Which is like $3.5k a month. Y’all, I really do not wanna do that. There’s houses we can rent with 4 bedrooms for $1,000 cheaper. I doesn’t have to be a fancy house. But we can make it our little home. But he just likes the city life. I’m like, babe, we need to start looking at houses because the market is gonna be sh!t by the time we do have another baby (which will be like 5 years from now) I do want another baby but then I don’t because I’m gonna have to do all that stuff all over again. I wanna stay with these moments. I’m already happy with it just being us. I don’t wanna bring another member to our little family just yet because I absolutely love the small closeness. I wish he would think about that 😢😢 but then again I am kinda controlling
