Why do humans call others ugly but when get called ugly it's the end of the world?

It's because people often follow what the media and what influential figures have to say about what's wrong and right.

Same reason why making fun of a man's weight is considered funny but if it was a man making fun of a woman it'd be considered fat shaming and so on
