@bijouxbroussard: I really did think after 2 terms of Obama and the legalization of gay marriage we were going in the right direction ...I thought ..finally , a glimmer of hope ....but ...no , I was wrong ...very wrong ...we couldn't be further from the right direction ...it's still a hard pill to swallow

@Chernobylplayground: Yes. It seem like we took one step forward just to take two steps back. Funny, that's how I felt when Reagan was elected, too, less than 10 years after Watergate. It's like the American people have such short memories.

@bijouxbroussard: a lot of Americans tend to vote against their own best interests...I don't understand the mentality
