I've been feeling this way since August and now I still feel very stressed I really just want to be happy that's all I need a break from my family and everything else. I just want to be happy.
Take that break. There's nothing wrong with needing time and space. Take care of you, and if you feel there's nothing left you can do then it's a good time to talk to a professional who can help. I hope the stress comes off your shoulders and you start feeling better.
