@riseofthemachine Instead of asking here, it would be better for you to see a professional, though.
A lot of mental illness overlaps and you could be told that you have one thing only to find that it's something else you have...

@HootyTheNightOwl The reason why is that I don't like the stigma to mental illness and everything that happened in my life the way I viewed people , my illusions are being smashed completely cause I view them in a different way now after being hurt pretty bad and I can't afford to view people that way cause it's after going against my religious beliefs around God that's including doctors , priests , anyone in a high job basically. I don't trust no one and I listened to a spiritual teacher and he exactly said that in one of his teachings " he said get disillusioned with your best friends " cause there selfish and reality of that it's after happening to me .
Where do I go from here ?

@riseofthemachine You're going to have to challenge yourself and your beliefs.
Which is better for you, the stigma attached to mental illness and your pain or getting the help that you need???
I understand that some trauma is difficult to come to terms with, but it's better than you do it on your own terms now while you have the choice than having to do it against your will in a psych unit because it all got too much for you to contain anymore.
If you strike early, you may only need therapy... if you leave it too late, then you could be an inpatient.

@HootyTheNightOwl that's the problem I ended up in a psych ward and I was treated brutal .
It was alm a set up .
There were labelling me with a mental illness to save themselves . I then got abused from there on so too look that I look mental .
It all start over a break up . I ended up there and my ex's uncle was a top doctor in there and I never knew it .
She done the dirt on me . She said I was mad cause I found out and she was denying it so that she wouldn't feel guilty so they took her side .
I was a abused and abused non stop and it was all a cover up then .
The more people believed them the better for them cause they ve saying I told you I was right , he's mad and then know one wouldnt ho near me .
That's what the aim was to keep me on my own so they wouldn't be threatened.
