Do you allow your experiences to drive you to hate?

Have you gotten over it or will you just always hate them?

@juiceyangel333: for me hating means no healing. I felt stuck in the mud so to speak. Glad I'm so done with all of that.

@juiceyangel333: took a long time but I had to. I also decided to take responsibility for allowing myself to be used the way I was. I don't necessarily like those people now but I don't hate them either. Sounds dumb but I know underneath it all there must be a reason why they have done the things they did. There is always a reason. This helped me forgive.

@Lifeafterlove: I really can't place a reason to anything ... So it just makes me angry

@juiceyangel333: I get that, I don't don't go as far as trying to understand why. Sounds a lot like I live in my own little world making excuses for them. I think that's just my crazy way of working through it all
