Did anyone take the medication olanzipine and went off it ? It's anti psychotic med

If so please help on an estimate on what way to decrease the meds gradually. From what strength to strength and over how long of a period ?

Find a therapist. The medical profession is in the business of prescribing medications and many have harmful side effects. If you don't need a medication, you can stop taking it. My hypnotherapist stopped taking her anti-depressants after her own first visit with a hypnotherapist.
