Did anyone take the medication olanzipine and went off it ? It's anti psychotic med

If so please help on an estimate on what way to decrease the meds gradually. From what strength to strength and over how long of a period ?

that olanzapine shit is like poison to me. i just abruptly stopped taking it. i wasnt gonna take that shit anymore. id rather be mentally ill then a f-ing braindead zombie on that stuff. talk about your chemical lobotomies. maybe not good advice but thats what i did.
