Did anyone take the medication olanzipine and went off it ? It's anti psychotic med

If so please help on an estimate on what way to decrease the meds gradually. From what strength to strength and over how long of a period ?

@HannahSky my second opinon is myself . 1st I dont trust no one and 2nd I'm beginning to believe in myself for the 1st time in a long time .

@HannahSky do you ever go through so much pain in your life , your either gonna commit suicide or either your awake . 2 different emotions on the scale but you have to choose one and mine is not suicide
