Random update on married couples

Would you it be a red flag to you if a wife didn’t give her husband keys to her house or the fact that he’s not on her lease ....?

People usually live together if they're married... If not, they have an alternative arrangement, and if that's the case, who's to say what works for them, when it comes to this as well?
